    Absolutely horrendous service! Avoid like the plague! Was first time using this service but bus did not arrive for my son’s 11:30am journey and he was left standing alone in the freezing cold Ottawa winter weather for more than 3 hours before we had to book a train ticket for more than $200 to get him home. Despite multiple calls to Red Arrow customer service to ask for an update, standard response was that bus was delayed but they did not know when it would arrive. Refused to provide any kind of alternate arrangements or compensation except that they would waive their standard cancellation fee if we wanted to cancel our journey. Horrible, horrible service and absolutely do not give your money to this terrible company. I will never be using them ever!
