This two-day extravaganza promises to fuse cowboy grit, mountain flair, and an irresistible fondue menu. Held at The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland (750 9 Ave SE), the event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Family Day weekend.
Skijoring blends speed, showmanship, and the unmistakable camaraderie of the Western and alpine worlds.
Organised by Skijor Canada, spectators will witness trick riding, heart-stopping stunt slides, and two daily high-octane performances projected onto massive screens. Guests can even cast votes in the Spectator Style Awards, shining a spotlight on the most daring and imaginative participants.
Beyond the main attraction, SkijorDue 2025 offers a lively Maker’s Marketplace. Food lovers can feast on fondue specialties or grab a bite from various food trucks. Craft beer and signature cocktails will be available for those who want to toast the adrenaline rush, while wood fires and a dedicated après-ski party keep the energy high all day.
With the event subject to weather, any tickets purchased remain valid for new dates, ensuring no one misses the fun show on snow.
Skijor Canada also hosts a show this weekend as part of Banff Snow Days.
