Caledon is set to bloom with music and mindful energy this summer with the Sunflower Garden Festival, featuring a lineup that blends international music acts, wellness activities, and family-friendly fun.
The event promises a different kind of festival experience—one without alcohol, but full of presence and purpose.
Taking place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Campbell’s Cross Farm, a sunflower farm in Caledon, the one-day event will be headlined by DJs Sofia Kourtesis and Mia Moretti.
Kourtesis, a Berlin-based artist originally from Peru, is known for her emotionally rich house music. She’s coming to Caledon fresh off the release of her new EP Volver, due out August 1. Her rise began with the 2021 Fresia Magdalena EP, which gained international attention and led to performances at major festivals like Glastonbury and Primavera Sound.
Joining her is Los Angeles-based DJ and producer Mia Moretti. With performances at venues ranging from Pacha Ibiza to EDC Korea, Moretti brings an eclectic blend of soulful, percussive house influenced by her Afro-Colombian-inspired debut EP Tambor and recent deeper cuts. Her style is both energetic and layered, promising a dynamic set.
Other performers on the lineup include Juno-nominated Desirée Dawson, Maria-Therese, Manta Jae, Carmelinda, LUCIANA, VIDERI, and Kill Them With Colour.
Beyond the music, the festival is also emphasizing wellness. Sessions will be offered throughout the day, including breathwork with Dane Osorio, Dance Alchemy with Brooke Yantzi, yoga classes with Dianne Bondy and Carmelinda, and a cacao ceremony led by Kat Blessings. There will also be sound healing, sacred fire gatherings, and interactive workshops hosted by artists like Audra Santa and Bold & Centered.
Created by artist and sound healer Luciana Santaguida, who also performs, the festival continues her vision of combining music and wellness in a setting that supports presence and community.
This year’s edition remains alcohol-free and family-friendly, with activities for all ages, including a Playzone for young children, an Artzone for hands-on creativity, and a Local Vendor Market showcasing up to 15 artisan makers. A botanical bar will serve non-alcoholic drinks made from organic, local ingredients, and food trucks will offer a variety of options.
