Another Flippin’ Christmas Ceilidh
PEI’s redheaded fiddler Courtney Hogan-Chandler is excited to introduce her new show “Another Flippin’ Christmas Ceilidh”. Bringing sounds of the season, the multiple PEI Music Award nominee has earned her spot as one of PEI’s most popular fiddlers. She’ll be joined on stage by her husband, Scott Chandler, who is a gymnastics National gold medalist and member of the PEI Sports Hall of Fame. He’ll be performing acrobatics and story-telling as well as providing a unique flip to a traditional Ceilidh that will be sure to delight audiences.
There will be guest appearances by their children Finnegan Chandler (keyboard, acrobatics – age 7) and Rankin Chandler (dance – age 3). Island ceilidh favourite Norman Stewart will also be performing guitar and vocals for the show, bringing his unique blend of Celtic, traditional and holiday music to the stage. The popular performer has entertained audiences for decades and is certain to have everyone clapping, stomping and singing along.
And of course a kitchen party isn’t a kitchen party without a dancer, and they’ll be bringing with them world-class award winning step dancer Janelle Banks. Details
