Experience a guided adventure this season as Back2Nature Wellness partners with Campbell’s Racing Sled Dog Tours to offer a unique winter adventure at provincial parks near Saskatoon and Regina.

The experience begins by meeting the team of racing Alaskan huskies and learning how they work together on the trail. From there, you head out on a two-kilometre dogsled run, spending about 15 to 20 minutes on the sled, with additional time set aside for instruction, photos, and interacting with the dogs. Altogether, the sled portion lasts roughly 30 minutes.
Each sled can accommodate two adults, with space for one child under 10, and a combined weight limit of 380 pounds.
After the run, you move into a shared one-hour session in a wood-burning barrel Nordik sauna, hosted by Back2Nature Wellness. The sauna is shared with other guests as they rotate in from their sled experiences. Guests are encouraged to cycle between heat, cold, and rest, including cooling down outdoors in the snow.
The experience runs at Blackstrap Provincial Park, about 30 minutes south of Saskatoon and Echo Valley Provincial Park, roughly 45 minutes northeast of Regina.
The experience includes the guided sled dog run, the shared sauna session, luxury outdoor robes and blankets, chairs for resting between sauna cycles, and lemon water. Participants are asked to bring layered winter clothing for the sled ride, including warm boots; a bathing suit or light clothing for the sauna; and towels.
Basic facilities are available on site. Change areas are provided in a three-foot sauna change room, with additional facilities at the Lotus Belle Tent at Blackstrap and the Visitor Center at Echo Valley.
A sled-dog-only option is also available for those who prefer to skip the sauna portion.
