Trips to Arrowhead Provincial Park
Known for its scenic beauty, Arrowhead Provincial Park offers a plethora of classical winter activities and boasts over 33 kilometres of cross-country ski trails and diverse hiking and snowshoeing paths.
Arrowhead Provincial Park’s Fire & Ice Nights offer a classic winter escape, featuring a torch-lit 1.3 km skating trail through Muskoka forest. Parkbus trips depart Toronto for day skating, snowshoeing, and evening illuminated skating. Dates include January 24, January 31, and February 14, 2026. Tickets range from $50 for children to $99 for adults.
Trip to Mountsberg Conservation Area
The Mountsberg Conservation Area in Campbellville, roughly an hour’s drive from Toronto, is hosting the Winterlit – Nature Illuminated event. It features illuminated trails adorned with art installations using sustainable materials. Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including campfires, interactive stations for learning about local wildlife, and crafting.
On Valentine’s Day, Winterlit Enchanted Evening turns into a romantic winter retreat, featuring fireside lounges, live music, and fire performances. Guests can enjoy a licensed Glow Bar, interactive art experiences, candle making, and take-home souvenirs. Live performances run throughout the evening, with artists spanning folk, country, and classical. The bus trip tickets range from $43 for children to $85 for adults.
