The richness of the dish pairs perfectly with the Measure of Patience. We'll have Measure of Patience available tomorrow at Biera in pour sizes of 100ml, 175ml, and full bottle service. Across the lobby in the Bottle Room you can purchase bottles of the Measure of Patience. The batch size is small, so there will be a limit of two bottles per customer.
