The Bothy gets its name from the Gaelic word “bothan,” meaning small hut usually used as a traveller’s resting place. How more inviting can you get? As one of only 24 members of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, it has Edmonton’s largest whisky selection (over 175 varieties!). Website
