Prince Edward Island is set to open reservations for its provincial parks for the 2026 season on April 15, starting at 9:00 a.m. local time (AST).
The island boasts a network that includes eight camping parks and 12 day-use parks, celebrated for their spectacular beaches, scenic landscapes, nature trails, and a wide range of outdoor activities and educational programs.
Highlights include Brudenell River, the largest in the east, with golf courses and a resort; Cabot Beach, offering historical insights and recreational programs; Cedar Dunes and Jacques Cartier, both providing unique beach experiences and accessibility features. Linkletter is admired for its scenic views, while Northumberland is a gateway for travellers. Camping Fees:
Camping fees vary by level of service, starting at $38 for unserviced sites and rising to $50 for three-way premium service sites, which offer the most amenities.

2026 Season Camping
If you want to book a seasonal campsite for the camping season from June 12 to September 20, 2026, the Seasonal Campsite Lottery application is open from February 23 to March 6.
- Brudenell River Provincial Park — Camping Season: June 5 to October 12, 2026: Brudenell River Provincial Park, the largest in eastern Prince Edward Island, offers an extensive recreational palette, including two championship golf courses, a variety of sports, and water activities. It’s complemented by a resort, children’s programs, and adventures like kayaking and horseback riding.
