Fulton’s Sugar Bush Season – Eastern Ontario

The Fulton Family has been producing small, craft batches of maple syrup since 1840. Their store offers 80 different products and three different syrup grades: golden, amber, and dark. Treat yourself and your family to a winter sleigh ride on the four trails that make up the Fulton property.

Proulx Maple & Berry Farm – Eastern Ontario

Mapleside Sugar Bush continues to embrace old-fashioned practices while integrating newer technology into its syrup production practice. Conboy’s Maple – Central Ontario

Experience pure maple syrup produced inside the original sugar shack, located on the Conboy family farm. In 2016, the Conboys upgraded their process to include reverse osmosis and an efficient, wood-burning oven. You can purchase their syrup products directly from their farm via a reservation. For more than a century, the Shaws have been tapping their forest to produce sweet maple syrup.  You can see maple production with over 4,500 trees all connected with tubing to collect around 180,000 litres of watery maple sap each season. This year Conservation Halton is offering Maple Season at  Mountsberg Conservation Area and Crawford Lake Conservation Area. Rock Maple Lodge – Southwestern Ontario

The Rock Maple Lodge is located just outside of Cambridge, where four different grades of pure maple syrup are brewed using 3200 maple trees.
