WinSport’s Canada Olympic Park

At Winsport’s Canada Olympic Park, there are several of these thrilling experiences scheduled for their summer season. Winsport can have you soaring downhills in more ways than one or can provide more relaxing activities more suited to younger kids.

1. Ride the Monster Zipline

You know the giant ski jump sticking out of the hill, the one that tells you where in Calgary to find Winsport? For summer, that jump is the park’s Monster Zipline which runs on a 500-m track, and can reach speeds of up to 120km/hour. Kids must be 10 years or older to ride.

Skyline Luge and Winsport worked together to bring us a thrilling downhill adventure with their karting course. The ride is powered by gravity, meaning the hill does all the acceleration work while you focus on steering and braking.

Winsport

Before the year 2020, Winsport offered bungee jumping from one of the ski jump towers and a children’s area with a climbing wall, spiderweb, and Eurobungy. Though, they have not yet announced a 2022 return of these facilities, there is a high chance that more summer activities will be announced as the pandemic is behind us (hopefully!).
