PEI’s blockbuster music festival, Cavendish Beach Music Festival, has announced 2026 festival headliners.

Cavendish Beach Music Festival
Running from July 9 to 11, 2026, the festival will open with HARDY on Thursday night, bringing his gritty fusion of country and southern rock to PEI for the first time. Known for crowd-igniting hits like TRUCK BED and the award-winning wait in the truck, the Mississippi-born artist has evolved from hit songwriter to one of the most in-demand performers on the North American circuit.
Friday, July 10, marks the festival debut of Tucker Wetmore. The Washington State native’s meteoric rise from viral sensation to one of country’s most buzzed-about newcomers came on the strength of heartfelt tracks like Wine Into Whisky and Wind Up Missing You. His rapid climb has been matched by sold-out shows and a swelling fan base eager for more.
Cody Johnson will close the festival on July 11, fulfilling a performance first promised in 2020. A mainstay in modern country, Johnson’s powerhouse voice and deep Texas roots have earned him critical and fan respect alike. His chart-toppers Til You Can’t and The Painter have become anthems for authenticity in the genre.
Beyond the marquee names, the weekend promises more than 60 acts across three stages, along with local food, drinks, and artisan vendors.
General admission passes start at $269 for the weekend, while single-day tickets start at $139. Children aged five and under can attend free with an adult ticket holder.
The Cavendish Beach Music Festival has grown into Atlantic Canada’s largest multi-day outdoor music event for the past decade, attracting over 60,000 visitors annually. Known for featuring some of the hottest names in country music, the festival has been nominated for prestigious awards, such as the 2017 Canadian Country Music Association and East Coast Music Association Festival/Event of the Year.
Located in the scenic coastal resort community of Cavendish on Prince Edward Island, the festival offers more than just great music. Attendees can enjoy picturesque beaches with warm waters, camping, seaside dining, and a host of other attractions and adventures.
