This flagship location introduces a new dining concept to the region, merging various menu options under one roof.

The bb.q Chicken Village offers an expanded menu that includes traditional Korean dishes like bibimbap and galbi-tang, along with the brand’s popular fried chicken. The restaurant also features trendy beverages, bagels, and desserts, providing customers with a comprehensive dining experience in one location.

 

Originating in Seoul, South Korea, in 2022, the bb.q Chicken Village concept has quickly gained popularity for its innovative approach, combining the features of a café, restaurant, and pub. The interior design, inspired by a Broadway Theatre, aims to attract customers seeking visually appealing dining spaces.

Located between the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, the Waterloo location can accommodate up to 150 guests, with a private room available for smaller gatherings. The restaurant also offers student discounts and group catering options.

To mark the grand opening, the restaurant will host special events featuring bb.q gift cards and exclusive merchandise, providing customers with opportunities to win prizes while enjoying their meals.

bb.q Chicken, short for “Best of the Best Quality Chicken,” is one of the largest Korean fried chicken franchises globally, with over 3,800 locations worldwide.
