Calgary’s JUNO-nominated Land’s End Ensemble opens its season with A Night of Percussion, a dynamic concert co-curated with acclaimed American percussionist Peter Ferry. The program explores the limitless sound world of percussion — from classical chamber works to surprising everyday objects, offering audiences a vibrant, playful, and deeply moving evening of contemporary music. A dynamic program includes works by many of the most exciting living composers from around the world: Salina Fisher (NZD), John Psathas (NZD), Osvaldo Golijov (ARG), Gabriella Smith (US), Nicholas Bonaccio (US), Emmanuel Sejourne (FR), Elliot Cole (US), Vincent Ho (CAN), and and Marc Mellits (US).
