Step into a space where herbal wisdom, Caribbean flavour, and ancestral care intertwine. Join NiLo, Caribbean herbalist and founder of Afrodisiac Naturals, for a hands-on journey into the functional and ancestral power of herbs.
Through scent, taste, and storytelling, you’ll learn about the medicinal and spiritual properties of plants that NiLo has grown and dried. Participants will explore how ancestral wisdom connects us to biocultural traditions and collective wellness.
Guided by NiLo, participants will blend their own personalized functional tea as a reflection of both heritage and healing.

– 50g of your custom blended tea to take home

Choice of:
– Jerk Chicken Meal – Succulent jerk chicken served with rice and peas and coleslaw
– BBQ Pull Pork Wrap – Sweet and smoky pull BBQ pork wrapped with coleslaw and mixed greens. Served with fries.
– Vybes Salad – A bright mix of greens, apples, cranberries, and ginger vinaigrette
