Events Description
Kicking off the night will be the one and only Big Dave Mclean. Dave has been one of western Canada’s hardest working bluesmen for over 40 years and has recently been awarded The Order Of Canada and his very first Juno award so it appears that the rest of Canada is finally catching on to this talented bluesman
from right here on the prairies.
Following Big Dave is Calgary’s Ollee Owens who has been playing her brand of blues/soul/rock around western Canada sharing stages with people like Tim Williams, Blue Moon Marquee and Matt Andersen as well as performing on the legendary Beale Street down in Memphis. And we think it’s about time that she came to Regina to perform for you.
Closing out the night is Toronto’s Wild T & The Spirit. Wild T hasn’t been to Regina in almost 20 years and he’s never played at the blues festival before so he’s ready to give us his best.
