Short #1: baby fat (Iris Kim, 2024, Canada)
Short #2: Pink Light (Harrison Browne, 2025, Canada)
Fawzia Mirza’s time-bending, transnational film uses the lens of Bollywood fantasy while telling the story of twenty-something Azra (Canadian Screen Award-winning Amrit Kaur), a queer Pakistani-Canadian Muslim woman in her coming-of-age narrative, portrayed alongside flashbacks of her mother’s own young adult story. The two reunite in Karachi where they learn how much more they have in common than they thought.

Feature: The Princess Bride (Rob Reiner, 1987, USA)
Short #1: Fantas (Halima Elkhatabi, 2024, Canada)
Short #2: Long Branch (Dane Clark, Linsey Stewart, 2011, Canada)
Rob Reiner’s classic is an ode to cinematic storytelling, a fairy tale romance shaped by both physical and emotional journeys. Westley (Cary Elwes) is a sarcastically charming masked swashbuckler on a quest to reunite with his one true love, Buttercup (Robin Wright), with the aid of a ragtag group of compatriots, including a giant (André the Giant) and a vengeful Spaniard (Mandy Patinkin).

Feature: Paddington (Paul King, 2014, UK)
Short #1: Fox and the Whale (Robin Joseph, 2016 Canada)
Short #2: Get A Grip (Abbey Collings, 2025, Canada)
Short #3: Walk-in-the-Forest (Diane Obomsawin, 2009, Canada)

After losing his Peruvian rainforest home to an earthquake, a talking young bear named Paddington journeys across seas to find a new home. Finding himself all alone in the big city of London, England, Paddington is temporarily taken in by the kindly Brown family of humans as he searches the big city for a permanent place to rest his hat.
