Events Description
Set in 1962 Midwestern America, David Rabe’s An Early History of Fire is raw, funny, intimate and fiercely human. A young man defined by working-class pride, childhood friendships and a father who can’t let go falls for a free-spirited young woman whose ideas challenge everything he thought he knew.
This is theatre on the edge. Seven professional actors with credits across film, television and international stages perform live, unfiltered and just feet away — close enough to catch every glance, breath and silence. In an intimate, creative space in Railtown, you don’t watch the story from a distance; you stand inside it. A theatre experience unlike any other.
