Alleyways in The Exchange takes place on the third Friday of each month, featuring a market, audio performances, an art lounge, and dance performances all against the backdrop of a National Historic Site in Winnipeg’s most walkable urban neighbourhood.

Alleyways Market (est. 2016) is a uniquely Exchange District twist on outdoor markets, curated by Luckygirl Pop Up. Discover a range of handcrafted items, mouthwatering snacks, and locally sourced foods at this vibrant market.

Alleyways Sounds

Curated by send + receive, Alleyways Sounds brings experimental audio art to the alley behind Pantages Theatre on John Hirsch Place. Events include pop-up installations and live performances spanning free jazz, electronic music, poetry, sound and visual art.

Alleyways Lounge

Pop-up bars, immersive art installations, DJs—anything goes in the illuminated drayway tucked into the Galt building all curated by Artspace.

Alleyways Tango
