On the heels of much-anticipated food celebrations starring burgers, poutine, and coming up soon, pizza, we thought, “What’s more loved and craved than these fan favourites?” The answer was easy—fried chicken. It’s a food we can remember from our childhoods and one we probably have had this past month too. And when you enjoy a particularly delicious batch of fried chicken the burning desire to re-create it is unmatched.
