Fifteen provincial parks are offering fall camping, with bookings available online until October 31 at 11 of them, including Blackstrap, Buffalo Pound, Douglas, Duck Mountain, Echo Valley, Good Spirit Lake, Greenwater Lake, Pike Lake, Rowan’s Ravine, Saskatchewan Landing, and Great Blue Heron (open until October 14).

Additional October camping is available at Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, Danielson, Meadow Lake, and Moose Mountain. These must be reserved by calling the parks directly.

For those looking for added amenities, Camp-Easy Yurts are open through October at Duck Mountain, Echo Valley, Good Spirit Lake, Greenwater Lake, and Meadow Lake provincial parks, as well as at Buffalo Pound until October 13.

Reservations for yurts must also be made by phone. Each yurt is equipped with a queen bed, four cots, six camp chairs, a fire pit, picnic table, outdoor dining shelter, camp stove or barbecue with propane, roasting sticks, wash bin, and an axe.

Reduced October rates apply across the system: $31 per night for electric sites, $16 for non-electric, and $85 for Camp-Easy sites. Campers should note that services will be limited, and each site’s amenities—such as electricity, sewer, or toilets—are indicated during booking.

Full-service camping remains available at most provincial parks through September. Visitors booking new reservations or extending stays before September 30 can receive a 15 per cent discount by applying the code “FALL2025.”
