Fort McMurray, Saskatoon, and Toronto Pearson International Airports Ranked Best in North America

In recent accolades from the Airports Council International (ACI) – World, Fort McMurray, Saskatoon, and Toronto Pearson airports have been distinguished for their superior passenger experiences.

The ACI World’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program, which measures airport service quality through passenger feedback, has named Toronto Pearson International Airport as the Best Airport over 40 million passengers in North America. This marks the sixth time in seven years that Toronto Pearson has secured this honour.

 

In addition to Toronto Pearson’s achievement, Fort McMurray International Airport and Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport have been named Best Airports with over 2 million passengers per year.

Fort McMurray International Airport is also celebrated for its excellence in several categories. It has been recognized as the Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport in North America.

Per the news release, the ACI World’s ASQ Awards, established in 2006, are based on comprehensive data collected from the ASQ Departures and Arrivals Surveys, involving over 400 airports across 109 countries. These awards are designed to highlight and promote the importance of continually enhancing the airport experience, encouraging airports worldwide to strive for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

      Not enough people movers by far.

      Access to car park is awful
