Toronto is opening up reservations for one of its biggest public events tied to the 2026 World Cup, and this one is built for fans who want to watch together.
The City has launched both free and paid ticket options for the FIFA Fan Festival Toronto, the official fan zone during the tournament. Visitors will need to book in advance, with a limit of four general admission tickets per transaction. Barcodes will start going out on May 15.
The festival will run over 22 days, from June 11 to July 19, spread across Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway. It lines up with match days, offering live screenings of all 46 games alongside music, food, and cultural programming.
Capacity is limited, and organizers are encouraging early reservations. Around 500 tickets per day will also be set aside through community groups to widen access.
Beyond the matches, the lineup leans heavily on Toronto talent. Kardinal Offishall will lead Soundclash Society, a rotating group of DJs and guests anchoring the event. Performers announced so far include Alessia Cara, k-os, Murda Beatz, and Walk off the Earth, among others.
There’s also a strong cultural element, with performances representing countries like Mexico, Ghana, Korea, and Japan, alongside First Nations groups.
On-site, visitors can expect more than just a screen. Plans include a mini soccer pitch designed by Indigenous artist Alanah Astehtsi’ Otsistóhkwaˀ Jewel, a family play area, and a market featuring Indigenous vendors.
Toronto will host six matches, including Canada’s first-ever men’s World Cup game on June 12.
