Central to this initiative is the relocation of its flagship store to a prime 38,000 square foot location in Yorkville, Toronto’s top shopping area.

Per the news release, this relocation is part of a broader strategy to enhance customer experiences, incorporating the successes of their digital advancements over the last five years into their physical retail spaces.

The new Cumberland Street flagship, close to Yorkville Park and the current Bloor St. location, will offer three floors of innovative retail space featuring a patio, client lounge, espresso bar, and valet parking, among other amenities.

The company says this move not only continues Harry Rosen’s strong connection to the Yorkville neighbourhood, established since the opening of their original Bloor St. flagship in 1987 but also aims to drive further development in the area. The project is in partnership with KingSett Capital, a premier Canadian real estate firm.

Harry Rosen plans to update its nationwide store fleet, starting with a 13,000 square foot renovation at West Edmonton Mall in 2024 and a new 16,000 square foot store in Vancouver’s Oakridge Park.

The company says these stores, designed in collaboration with dkstudio architects Inc., will prioritize client experience and interaction, reflecting the brand’s legacy of personalized service initiated by founder Harry Rosen.
