Disney Animation: Immersive Experience is the result of a collaboration between Walt Disney Animation Studios and Lighthouse Immersive.
This event is a unique opportunity to delve into the enchanting world of Disney, featuring high-definition projections in a 220,000 cubic feet space. The event will showcase a 360-degree projection of some of the greatest films from Walt Disney Animation Studios.
This immersive experience has already attracted over 750,000 visitors globally.
This immersive celebration takes visitors on a journey through the history and art of Walt Disney Animation Studios. From classic masterpieces like “The Lion King,” “Peter Pan,” and “Pinocchio” to contemporary favourites like “Encanto,” “Zootopia,” and “Frozen,” attendees will experience the magic of Disney in an unprecedented way.
The experience is designed to be interactive, with custom-designed features that create a multi-sensory environment. Organizers say participants will feel as if they are under the sea, surrounded by a multitude of bubbles and other engaging experiences.
Disney Animation: Immersive Experience will take over the Edmonton Expo Centre just in time for the Family Day long weekend in February, and tickets are now on sale. Additionally, VIP and Premium tickets include special wristbands that light up in different colours, integrating the audience into the show itself.
