Edmonton’s signature summer festival, K-Days, has unveiled a delectable array of wacky culinary creations for their 2025 festival, showcasing inventive and traditional flavours.

KDays 2025 serves up a bold mix of creative dishes, reimagining classic favourites with exciting twists. Food lovers can indulge in unique offerings like Cowboy Candy Mango Soft Serve, Wagyu Exquisite Poutine, Dill Pickle Mini Donuts, and the spicy Kimchi Dog. It’s a flavour-packed celebration sure to tempt every taste bud and satisfy adventurous appetites.

Savoury Dishes
- Pickled Cheese Curds: Fried cheese curds coated in a crispy, tangy pickle batter.

K-Days is a 130-year-old plus tradition in Edmonton, running from July 18 to 27 this year.
This year’s festival features a star-studded lineup, including Bad Religion, Tom Morello, USS, July Talk, Jazzy B, Marianas Trench, Jade Eagleson, Walk Off the Earth, G-Eazy, and 98 Degrees.
