The Badlands Amphitheatre, nestled in the heart of the Alberta Badlands and known for its unique natural acoustics and breathtaking scenery, is once again hosting the much-anticipated Lightfest: Fireworks in the Badlands.

This event, a partnership with GlobalFest, promises an evening filled with enchanting pyro-musical fireworks, offering attendees a unique experience amidst the ancient, rugged landscape of Drumheller.
Scheduled for February 24, the event welcomes guests from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with parking available from 6:00 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to immerse themselves in the pre-show ambiance, which includes live music starting at 6:30 p.m., followed by the main fireworks show at 7:30 p.m..
The event offers general admission, allowing guests to freely choose their seating after picking up a complimentary hot drink and cookie.
Tickets cost $16 for adults, $10 for youth (ages 10-17), and $2 for children (ages 2-9).
Ideal for a day trip from Calgary, plan to explore Midland Provincial Park, and Royal Tyrell Museum, climb up the World’s Largest Dinosaur, and enjoy spectacular views from lookouts before ending the day marvelling at sparkling light that fills the night sky.
