Porter Airlines’ inaugural flight between Ottawa and Calgary will take off today.

The flight schedule is tailored with convenient departure and arrival times, with the Ottawa to Calgary flight leaving at 6:20 p.m. and arriving at 8:49 p.m., and the return flight departing at 8:50 a.m. and landing at 2:40 p.m., all times being local.
This new route expands Porter’s reach in Western Canada, alongside its existing flights to Vancouver and Edmonton.
The service will also provide connections to Eastern Canada and the U.S. The flights between YOW and YYC will be operated using Porter’s Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, a 132-seat all-economy plane with a two-by-two seating configuration, eliminating middle seats.
