Saskatchewan to Reopen Museums and Theatres on June 29th

Saskatchewan’s north continues to be a hot spot for new cases of COVID-19 in the province.

Saskatchewan Health is reporting 11 new cases with 10 in the far north and one in Saskatoon.

There have been 753 reported COVID-19 cases in the province with 98 still considered to be active.

Four individuals remain in hospital with one in intensive care while the death toll remains at 13.

Nine cases that were originally attributed to Saskatchewan’s numbers are no longer being considered in the overall count because the people reside outside of the province.

The latest numbers come as the Saskatchewan government announced that beginning Monday, June 29th, libraries, museums, galleries, and theatres will be allowed to reopen.
