2. SpringHill Winter Sports Park

Located 15 minutes from downtown Winnipeg is a place for all kinds of winter adventure. The hill stands at 130 vertical feet and has three lifts: one quad chair lift, and two rope tows and includes Manitoba’s top terrain park, a mogul run, a race run, and open areas for learning. 3. Stony Mountain Ski Area

7. Mystery Mountain Winter Park
With 18 downhill ski runs, a half-pipe, two poma lifts, a T-bar, one rope tow and terrain park, this winter park provides exceptional skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in Northern Manitoba. Also enjoy tobogganing, snow tubing and over 25 km cross-country ski trails. Newbies can attend the ski school. Details

8. Thunder Hill Ski Area
Winter recreation abound with skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. There are beginner, intermediate and advance runs available.
