The Calgary Stampede is leaning hard into big, bold flavours for 2026, with more than 65 new Midway foods rolling out from July 3 to 12.

This year’s lineup isn’t shy. Think mashups like the Ramen Donut, Cookies N Cream Korean Dog and something called a Coke Caesar. There’s a clear theme: push things further, whether that means international twists or just downright unusual ideas like Crunchy Critter Corn in a Cup.
Drinks are getting attention too, with options like Brazilian Whipped Limeade and Big Buckin’ Lemonade. Even soft serve is stepping out of its comfort zone, with butter-drizzled vanilla blending sweet and salty in one bite.
For anyone sticking to safer ground, classics haven’t disappeared. They’ve just been reworked, with items like Korean BBQ Poutine and a Meatball Sub Corndog joining the mix.
As part of the midway food selection, more than 1,900 entries competed in Uber Eats’ Midway Food Naming Contest, landing on The Cheesy Saddle Slice, a deep-fried Pizza 73 creation blending cheese pizza, Cheetos seasoning, and bold toppings.
