Starbucks is rolling out its summer menu across Canada on May 12, bringing a mix of returning favourites, tropical-inspired drinks, and more ways for customers to customize what ends up in their cup.

At the centre of the launch is a redesigned Starbucks Refreshers lineup. Customers can now choose between caffeine-free Refreshers, classic versions enhanced with B Vitamins, or new Energy Boosted Refreshers that include added caffeine and B Vitamins. Depending on the size ordered, caffeine levels range from 0 milligrams in caffeine-free drinks to 175 milligrams in a Trenta Energy Boosted Refresher.
Deborah Neff, vice president of product and marketing at Starbucks Canada, said customization continues to shape customer preferences in Canada.
The seasonal menu also introduces several tropical flavours. The new Tropical Butterfly Refresher combines guava and passionfruit flavours with mango-pineapple pearls and butterfly pea flower infusion, creating a colourful layered beverage that can be customized with lemonade or coconut beverage.
The Cool Lime Refresher is returning permanently after two years of limited releases. The drink mixes lime flavour, ice, and real lime slices, and can also be ordered with lemonade or coconut beverage.
Mango is another major focus this season, appearing in cold foam, syrups, and new drinks alongside returning cake pops and merchandise collections. Starbucks is also introducing scheduled ordering through its mobile app, allowing customers in Canada and the U.S. to place orders up to one hour in advance beginning May 11.

Shade-grown green tea matcha is topped with creamy mango-flavoured cold foam, balancing earthy matcha notes with fruity sweetness in a layered iced beverage designed for summer sipping. - Iced Mango Cream Chai
Classic chai spices meet mango flavour and creamy mango cold foam, creating a refreshing drink that combines warming spice with a smooth, fruity finish. - Unicorn Cake Pop
Vanilla cake coated in white-chocolatey icing returns with its whimsical unicorn design and colourful confetti finish, offering a playful bite-sized dessert for Starbucks’ summer lineup. - Cookies & Cream Cake Pop
Chocolate cake mixed with sandwich-cookie buttercream and cookie bits is dipped in white-chocolatey coating and topped with dark cookie crumbs for a rich, dessert-inspired summer treat.
