There is also an unexpected chai-and-strawberry creation, plus Canadian-made mini pies and returning bakery treats. Martha Stewart joins the seasonal rollout, encouraging fans to embrace what they love about fall “unapologetically.”
Pumpkin is back, with a few new twists
You’ll see the Pumpkin Spice Latte return, but Starbucks is also adding three new pumpkin drinks to the lineup.
- Pumpkin Spice Latte: The seasonal staple returns Aug. 25, bringing back the familiar pumpkin-and-spice flavour that many customers associate with the start of fall.
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: Cold brew and vanilla syrup are finished with pumpkin cream cold foam, giving you a chilled option with the same seasonal direction.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai: Black tea infused with cinnamon and other spices is mixed with milk, then topped with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- NEW Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso: Blonde Espresso is shaken with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon, poured over ice and oat beverage, then topped with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- NEW Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha: Another newcomer pairs iced matcha with pumpkin cream cold foam, combining earthy matcha with a creamy pumpkin layer.
- NEW Pumpkin Spice Chai: Black tea, cinnamon and warming spices meet steamed milk and sweet pumpkin sauce, with pumpkin spice topping finishing the drink.
Pecan drinks make their return

If pumpkin is not your first choice, pecan is back on the board with three returning espresso drinks.
- Pecan Cortado: The returning cortado combines Blonde Espresso, pecan flavours and steamed whole milk for a smaller, espresso-forward fall option.
- Iced Pecan Crunch Latte: Back for the season, this iced latte combines signature espresso with nutty flavours, brown-buttery notes and baking spices.
- Pecan Crunch Latte: The hot version also returns, bringing together signature espresso, pecan-inspired nuttiness, brown-buttery notes and baking spices.
Banana bread moves into the cup
Starbucks is also leaning into banana flavours with two drinks inspired by freshly baked banana bread.
- NEW Banana Bread Latte: Blonde Espresso, banana and brown sugar syrup meet milk. Order it iced and you also get brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping.
- NEW Iced Banana Bread Chai: Spiced chai is paired with banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping for a drink inspired by banana bread.
- NEW Iced Chaider: This new drink takes chai in a different direction by adding strawberry acai flavours, creating what Starbucks describes as a crisp, cider-like beverage.

Three new mini pies are made in Canada and will remain available year-round in Canadian coffeehouses beginning Aug. 25. Bundle pricing will also be offered.
- NEW Mini Apple Crumble Pie: Made in Canada, this small pie is filled with Northern Spy apples and topped with real butter and toasted oats.
- NEW Mini Pecan Pie: This Canadian-made mini pie has a buttery caramelized filling, toasted pecan flavour and whole pecans placed on top.
- NEW Mini Pumpkin Pie: Real pumpkin puree and spices form the filling in this Canadian-made mini pie, which joins the year-round lineup starting Aug. 25.
- NEW Hedgehog Cake Pop: Vanilla cake and buttercream are dipped in chocolaty icing and finished with chocolate sprinkles, shaped as a playful hedgehog.
- Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin: The returning muffin combines spiced pumpkin cake with a sweet cream cheese centre and a topping of spicy chopped pepitas.
- Fox Sugar Cookie: Also back for fall, this buttery shortbread cookie is topped with white-chocolaty icing and decorated with a fox face.
Beyond the menu, Starbucks is introducing a PSL Society merchandise collection for dedicated Pumpkin Spice Latte fans. It includes new drinkware and what the company calls an “iconic hat” inspired by the seasonal beverage.
