Conceived by Clint Masse, the renowned snow architect known for creating the world’s largest snow maze, The Den is an architectural marvel crafted from over 500,000 pounds of snow.

This year, the restaurant promises a unique dining experience, surrounded by intricate ice sculptures and walls adorned with Manitoba art.

At the helm of the kitchen is award-winning chef Luc Jean, who will be serving a menu that promises to be a gastronomic delight, focusing on local flavours and ingredients.

During your visit you can also enjoy the challenge of the snowy maze, admire the snow carvings and buildings, try the giant Luge run, try a variety of snow games, and more! There is also a Snow Bar on the premises.
