While you might think that the best time to go looking for the scenery that makes Manitoba beautiful is the summer and spring, Manitoba winters have their fair share of beauty. If you can brave the cold, you’ll find stunning white landscapes and beautiful walking paths. Here are 25 amazing places you can go to experience the beauty of Manitoba’s winter scenery.

**Dress in layers, be aware of current weather-related warnings/extreme cold conditions, and prepare accordingly. Obey all posted signs, stick to trails, and be aware of ice thickness (minimum 15 cm required as per Canadian Red Cross if you need to walk/skate across a frozen body of water). Grey ice is unsafe while clear blue ice is the strongest.**
