Street Eats Market is set to rekindle the passion for street food across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) this year, beginning with a major highlight: The Mac and Cheese Festival.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this festival is Canada’s largest and original event dedicated to mac and cheese. This year’s event promises an exciting culinary showdown where chefs, home cooks, and innovative food entrepreneurs will showcase their best takes on this beloved comfort food. Attendees can sample over 60 unique variations of mac and cheese and vote for their favourites in the People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice Awards.
The festival isn’t just about food; it also features live entertainment, games, and eating competitions, ensuring a fun-filled experience for all ages.
The event will host a diverse lineup of vendors, including 169 Juice, 6 Spice Rack, Alfies Lemonade, Carla’s Cookie Box, EsauParrilla BBQ, and many more, offering a variety of delicious treats alongside the mac and cheese.
Admission for those aged 12 and older is $12.39, while children under 12 can attend for free.
Tickets can be purchased online. The festival will take place from May 18 to 20, 2024, at Erin Mills Town Centre in Mississauga. The event runs from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday.
