Good news for all those who are looking for a Thanksgiving weekend day trip – Whitby’s Thermëa Spa by Groupe Nordik is now open!

GTA residents will no longer have to navigate the two and half hours of drive to the Scandinavian Spa in Blue Mountains or Vettä Nordic spa near Barrie to experience a Scandinavian spa experience.
Groupe Nordik says Thermëa Spa Village in Whitby represents the largest spa investment ever made in Canada and it has a capacity of 700 guests at a time.
Groupe Nordik also runs Nordik Spa-Nature in Chelsea, the largest spa in North America and Thermëa Spa in Winnipeg.
