Toronto is set to enhance its waterfront dining scene with the opening of Queens Harbour, a 23,000-square-foot restaurant housed in a historic brick building on Queens Quay.

Queens Harbour Exterior Rendering (CNW Group/Queens Harbour)
Scheduled to launch during the spring of 2025 at Harbourfront Centre, the establishment is among the most significant culinary developments in the area’s history.
Queens Harbour will feature the nation’s largest retractable restaurant roof, enhancing its indoor-outdoor dining capability. The venue will include private dining areas, an outdoor terrace, and three distinct dining spaces, each offering views of iconic Toronto landmarks like the CN Tower, the Harbour, and Lake Ontario.
The initiative is led by restaurateurs Kevin Jazexhi, Ali Badreddine, Iris Jazexhi, and Chef Robert Balint. Drawing on their Mediterranean heritage, they aim to create a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of home, centered around communal dining experiences.
Chef Balint, alongside local chef Julien Laffargue, is developing a “MediterrAsian” cuisine, which marries the flavours of Asia and the Mediterranean. Their menu emphasizes shared plates such as mezzes, charcoal-grilled entrees, and a comprehensive raw and sushi bar. This culinary offering is complemented by a selection of unique, handcrafted cocktails.
This ambitious project promises to offer a multifaceted dining experience that combines diverse gastronomic menus with dynamic, customizable dining environments, accommodating up to 800 guests.
