Chelsey Grewar is saddling up and taking herself on a stand-up tour through the wild west of Canada with The Wannabe Cowgirl Tour visiting Vancouver’s Little Mountain Gallery on April 10, Calgary’s The Attic Bar & Stage on April 15, and Edmonton’s Grindstone Theatre on April 18. With charm, relatability, and a bit of chaos, Chelsey Grewar captivates audiences with self-deprecating jokes that feel like your bestie oversharing (in a good way).
The Wannabe Cowgirl Tour, which received a 2025 CANCOM Comedy Grant from the Foundation of Canadian Comedy, will put Chelsey’s prairie influenced comedy to the test where the real cowgirlies are. Chelsey is a rising star in Toronto’s comedy scene, known for her storytelling and observational comedy such as revealing why being a twin isn’t always fun, especially when you’re the weird one. Her comedy explores feminism, generational divides, sexuality, navigating adult friendships, bad luck with employment, and – of course – horse girls.
