Festive Foothills Art Market

Celebrate the season of giving at the annual Festive Foothills Art Market, running November 7 to December 20 at the Leighton Art Centre! Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Alberta Foothills, this beloved holiday tradition brings together an incredible selection of original artwork and fine craft by more than 80 Alberta artists.

Discover one-of-a-kind treasures and thoughtful gifts, including paintings, pottery, jewelry, glass, textiles, and much more. Whether you’re shopping for someone special or treating yourself, you’ll find plenty of inspiration while supporting local artists and the vibrant Alberta arts community. Proceeds from the market help support Alberta artists and the Leighton Art Centre’s Art & Nature programming for all ages.

Get a head start on your holiday shopping at our special Sneak Peek Event on Friday, November 6, from 3 to 6 pm! Be among the first to explore this year’s collection, connect with participating artists, and enjoy live holiday music by Band in the Corner, along with hot chocolate, coffee, and a festive atmosphere throughout the gallery and shop.

The market is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, with admission by donation. Join us for a joyful seasonal outing, discover handmade treasures, and celebrate the creativity and community spirit that make Festive Foothills so special!
