Events Description
The PDD Fiber Collective Show is a collaborative group exhibition that combines the work of the embroidery and rug hooking programs run within Prospect’s Persons with Development Disabilities (PDD) services.
This body of work represents the spirit of collective fiber skill building and making brought together by two amazing groups of artists. From the intricate and time-consuming work coming from the Embroidery Club to the fantastical and collaborative pieces created by the Rug Hooking Group, these works will take you into a vivid world of stitch, texture and colour. So please join us in exploring this dynamic experience of creativity, transformation, storytelling and community!
Join us for the reception on April 4th from 5-7pm, or come and explore on your own from April 4th-26th on during our gallery hours of Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm!
