This BBQ 101 class is built for everyone—from backyard beginners to pitmaster hopefuls. We’ll dive deep into ALL THINGS BRISKET: selecting the right cut, trimming techniques, different cookers, rubs, injections, wrapping methods, cook times, resting tips, and slicing like a pro. Whether you like it Texas-style or with a little twist, this class will give you the tools to master one of BBQ’s most legendary cuts.
