For her third show, Foie Gras, Mariana Mazza decided to express herself with her head and her heart… to bring about change.
In this one-woman-show, the young girl who grew up in Montréal-Nord, now a bourgeois woman living in Saint-Lambert with her poodles and unsold paintings, is as brilliant as she is hilarious.
Accustomed to saying things just to provoke a laugh, she wants to go further this time and do a coming out to the public: she’s emotional and vulnerable. The chihuahua on Red Bull has officially been replaced by the tank with the porcelain heart.
As she puts it so well: “C’est moi la meilleure tabarnak!” Yes, Mariana has changed. But to what extent?
