Descend into history for an evening of tasteful pairings at the Diefenbunker’s signature annual Whisky Tasting Fundraiser. Savour unique flavours and a slice of the past with creative whisky selections, introduced by a sommelier from Savvy Company, and delectable paired dishes provided by The Swan at Carp.
Your ticket includes four whisky and food pairings, plus access to Canada’s Cold War Museum and to a silent auction featuring items from local businesses like Brookstreet Hotel, Ottawa REDBLACKS, Black Squirrel Books & Espresso, Maverick’s Donut Company, Mayfair Theatre, and more.
A portion of your ticket for this fundraiser is a donation to the Diefenbunker in support of the museum’s education and preservation efforts, to share lessons from our past for present and future generations to strive to build a more peaceful future. Ticket purchasers will receive a tax receipt of up to $90 for the donation.
