This year, we celebrate together while staying apart. The Queen City Pride Festival will feature a variety of both in-person and virtual events to help you celebrate Pride this year.

The annual Queen City Pride Parade is our signature event that fills Regina’s downtown with rainbows, smiles, and pride. The first marches took place on the sidewalks, with participants wearing masks and paper bags over their faces to protect themselves from persecution. Today, the Queen City Pride Parade has grown to become one of Regina’s most colourful and recognized parades.
To make the Queen City Pride Parade possible for the 2020 year, the committee has decided to limit entries to vehicle entries only in compliance with Saskatchewan Health Authority guidelines for car-based events. This means that parade entries will only be allowed to be vehicles and floats with essential participants only. Walking groups, marching bands, dancing groups, cyclists, etc. are not permitted. We also ask spectators to remain as spectators and not join the parade afterwards.
Queen City Pride welcomes you to come together and celebrate Regina’s gender and sexually diverse communities. We encourage you to either line the Parade Route as our fabulous spectators or join the parade through our online registration. Registration is mandatory for participation in the parade lineup.
