Some wetlands near Saskatoon often have a good variety of sandpipers, dowitchers, phalaropes, plovers and other shorebirds.
Short 3-hour Saskatoon Shorebirds Tour will visit the best shorebird habitats near the city.
Novice and experienced bird watchers are welcome to join this tour.
If available, you may borrow a pair of binoculars during this tour.
A spotting scope will be available for viewing the birds from the roadside at high magnification.

$190 per vehicle with 1 – 4 persons.
$140 per vehicle with 1 – 3 persons that can transport leader from Saskatoon and back in a non-smoking vehicle.
