Events Description

Turn your product vision into a defensible, well-structured strategy. This is a strategy 101 workshop for product managers making the shift from implementation-focused work to strategic work. If most of your time goes into delivery, backlogs and execution, and you want to start owning the “why” and the “where next,” this day is designed for you.

Facilitated by Rosemary King, the workshop walks you through a complete product strategy template step by step. Together, we’ll look at what each section is for, how to gather the inputs that shape it, and how to build alignment around your decisions.

Through guided, hands-on exercises, you’ll pressure-test your reasoning so you leave confident that every part of your strategy is grounded, defensible, and ready to share. You’ll leave with a complete draft of your own strategy document, plus the tools and frameworks to keep building on it long after the workshop ends.

What You’ll Learn
What separates strategic product work from implementation work, and how to start making that shift in your current role
How to build a product strategy from scratch, even with minimal leadership input
How to identify and structure the key inputs that shape a strong strategy

How to connect your goals and roadmap to measurable outcomes your team can rally around
How to apply all of this through guided breakout sessions, peer reviews and real company examples
