Events Description
Join Elmira for a hands-on Botanical Monoprinting workshop where art and nature intertwine! Inspired by the rich landscapes of West Vancouver, you will create one-of-a-kind prints using locally gathered leaves, flowers, and natural textures.
Through an intuitive and experimental process, you’ll learn how to ink and press botanical elements onto paper, capturing their intricate details and organic patterns. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the artistic possibilities of the natural world while connecting with the forests, parks, and coastal flora of West Vancouver. No prior experience is necessary, just a curiosity for printmaking and an appreciation for the natural world. All supplies will be provided. Suitable for ages 10 and up.
