Decathlon Pop-up Store

From October 28, 2023 through spring of 2024, discover the brand-new Decathlon pop-up store at Metropolis at Metrotown.

Decathlon is the world’s largest sporting goods retailer. Founded in 1976 in France, Decathlon has more than 1,700 stores in over 60 countries. The new flagship store at Metropolis at Metrotown – slated to open in spring of 2024 – will be Decathlon’s 19th location in Canada, expanding the brand’s footprint from coast-to-coast across the country.

The world-renowned brand designs, manufactures, tests and sells apparel and equipment for a variety of sports and outdoor activities. Along with its sought-after products, it’s attracted a following for delivering a well-rounded shopping experience that includes in-store gyms, product test areas, and in-person and online technical services.

In advance of the store opening, Decathlon will be hosting a pop-up shop at Metropolis at Metrotown, B.C.’s largest shopping centre. Kicking off on Saturday, October 28, the pop-up will take place across from the Muji store and operate Monday to Saturday from 10am-9pm, and Sunday from 11am-7pm, until the store’s grand opening in spring 2024.

At the pop-up store, visitors can expect a wide selection of products and sporting goods, along with access to Decathlon’s knowledgeable in-store experts. Browse a selection of affordable rain jackets, ski and snowboarding gear, as well as waterproof hiking shoes and other waterproof accessories, just in time for the fall and winter seasons.

Other products that will be featured at the pop-up store include, trekking and multipurpose backpacks, road running and trail running shoes, swimwear and other water sport accessories, as well as a dedicated space for road, mountain and hybrid bikes.
