Festive Three Course Menu offers a variety of choices for each course.
For starters, guests can choose from the Broiled Oyster Trio with spiced truffle butter, a Prawn Cocktail with citrus-poached wild-caught red prawns, or a Greens Salad with balsamic vinaigrette. The entrée options include Blackened Chicken, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables, paired with a wine option; Steak Frites with thick-cut fries and a choice of Chardonnay; and Prawn Spaghettini, offered with Reisling or Zinfandel wine. Dessert choices are New York Style Cheesecake with berry compote or Key Lime Pie with toasted coconut and candied lime.
